Most useful - The processes are visual and that made it easy for me to see parts of myself that are hard to see.
What I gained/learned (again!) - the pieces that we need to learn cant usually be learned by ourselves alone. We need objective help so that we can see our errors and mistaken beliefs.

What I found most useful - Meditations to access our being
What I gained/learned - How useless/frustrating it is to try and change others
Bunnys gentle, loving way ensures workshop participants feel safe as they are guided through the process.

I found it useful to start with the meditation that asks, If I didnt have ... would I still be me? And the continuing focus throughout the weekend on Being.
I found that your methods led me gently to reaching my own realizations and light bulb moments instead of force feeding the concepts I needed to learn.
I think the most important life-changing fact I learned is to honor, love and accept all of myself, rather than seeking to change (even in the right direction.) I had been seeking self-awareness in a critical way, thinking it was healthy to find what needs fixing and poke at it till it changes. I now understand that letting go and Being will take me where I need to be. That judging myself is as hurtful and unnecessary as judging anyone else. That self-affection is more important and more productive than critical self-awareness.
Thank you, Bunny & Jane
